Rosicky who has complained of having less playing time is considering leaving Arsenal in January. He has struggled to get into Wenger's first xi this season despite signing a two year Contract in April.
And with the transfer window already closed, the 33-year-old is yet
to start a game this season and is evidently considering his options in
search of regular playing time.
“I’m naturally disappointed not to have been given a chance,” said Rosicky.
“We will see what the situation looks like in the coming weeks and months [before deciding to leave].
“The
lack of match practice has been absolutely terrible and, naturally, it
makes me very sorry that I haven’t been given a chance yet.
“We’ve not been playing well and I think I could have helped, but I’ve not been given a chance.”
Before
extending his current contract, the former Borussia Dortmund ace was a
subject of interest from teams in the MLS and Qatar, but was convinced
by Wenger to stay at the Emirates.
